Recently I have gotten banned. I got banned because one of my friends had the fly mod and his brother accidentally left the mod on. So he got jailed. He got jailed, I didn't know he had a fly mod, so I thought it was a mistake. I said he didn't use hacks. Then I got jailed. I explained what happened to one of the Admins (Bl4ckSt0ne I think thats how you spell it) and he said I lied. I did not lie and yet he took away all of my items and all of my money. But for my friend he only took away $2,000. I got really mad and raged quit. When I realized why he did it, I tried to get back on but I was banned. That is my appeal, can I please get unbanned?

I'd like to hear from Bl4ck on this. From what I'm hearin, you didn't do anything wrong, you just thought he didn't have fly mod. No reason to be jailed, fined, or have your items taken.

I am unbanning JasmineE1999 and awarding 5,000 in damages to replace whatever Black took.

While I don't think her raging was helpful, it's clearly understandable given the circumstances. She did nothing and was harassed.

Bl4ck. Saying something that ends up being incorrect is not actually lying, it's called being incorrect or making a mistake - and it happens a lot.

This should never have even resulted in a mute, much less jail, harassment, and a ban.
