10k for a wither skull is EXTREMELY underpriced.

And by a beacon, do you mean the blocks too to surround it? Or just the beacon block? If so 1 beacon block for $30 is way overpriced.

Which if anything, is underpriced as hell
Considering you can just make the wither yourself and kill it (30k for three skulls) then it'd cost you diamonds n shit to build the beacon, provided you get the nether star for killing the wither.
Not sure whether it's a definite drop.

The nether star is a definite drop. Technically the max drop is affected by looting. But the looting level would have to be in the hundreds to make a difference.
