It's literely the first command on the list. Do some research first. Plugins usually have the commands and perms on their page, usually titled "Commands and Permissions"

He doesn't run a server, he is just a moderator. He was co owner, but then he got demoted XD. This is for lividup64's server.

It really is... Just because he got demoted for staff abuse and he was staff. And also he copied and pasted my build with world edit, and PASTED IT in my own village, so then I nuked him and the pasted build.
