Concerning Socrates and her King

.0

Under the clauses of freedom and liberty there have been many sacrifices. Violence and war were its friends, and in this pursuit, there was blood and gore. Violence while itself harmful it in absence a harmful void that can promote more than itself. From this we precede into confirming the wrongs done by the King under Section 1, Part 2.

.1
The clause in part 2 is stated as such: “any and all violations of citizen’s rights outlined in Section 3 invalidates his rule and will prompt a new government. This government under this law will be a new concordat. It will be drafted with this document as its framework by the convened council and with the next King in the line of succession as such if the King is not written out of authority.”

From this it must be proven that the rights of Life, Liberty, and Property are violated. To of these are in violation which will be followed by prove.

.2
Under the right of Life, it states: “We will not promote others to harm you. This harm is meaningless in the prospect of deathlessness. It only acts as a nuisance that is unjust.”

Firstly, the King has not promoted any form of protection for the citizens under their life for living. No formal army has been made, protections with laws concerning violent crimes have not been made under any condition. The absence of such laws has also been off of the mind of the King making him complicit to this violation.

.3
Under the right of Property, it states: “The House will not interfere with your property be it for organized of a malicious intent or that will infringe on your freedom to develop it as you wish.”
Secondly, the King has not promoted any form of protection of Property in the form of organized property rights, standards as to organize and maintain property within Socrates for the protection of its owner. Nor has it recognized property as an organized construct under law, nor has identified a universal right of all property as collective to all.

.4
Under this we declare collectively that King Space of House Particles is no longer fit to rule and a Convened Council will take place of all active citizens will take place without the King.

Under the Section 1, Part 2 Prince Theodore Greene of House Particles will become king and will preside over the Convened Council to make a new Concordat for the state of Socrates.
Coup d'etating my dad one treaty at a time.
