Player hacking/Griefing

My town was griefed by heroluke113 on the day of this post.
The first time, he griefed die's display on her shop, taking a full set of armor. I fined him and gave him a warning the first time. The second time livid caught him griefing xlegend's house, breaking all of the windows and doors.
While i was offline, livid showed mango and he replaced the windows.
After that, i evicted him and REMOVED HIM FROM THE VILLAGE.
After that, we caught him GRIEFING AGAIN in our town hall WITH TNT (Note he was removed during this!!)
Also, he griefed xlegend's windows again and then stated it was payback....

If you removed him, he can't place blocks, such as TNT. So did you ACTUALLY remove him?

Please show a staff member the grief in-game or provide us with co-ordinates (F3) here.

I checked and a staff member had already checked and banned him

Alright so livid said he showed a staff member the grief, who banned him. I showed jan the tnt damage, and she couldnt find the logs of it being placed. But when i asked heroluke, he said he also griefed the town hall for "payback". When i checked, there was no damage except the doors being destroyed by TNT. I know tnt isn't allowed to be placed but the logs clearly said the doors were destroyed by the player: TNT.

TNT is allowed to be placed, it can damage mobs and apparently doors, it just can't damage blocks. Logblock can track placed TNT, or so it should.

Anyways, he was banned and this is now solved, yes?
