ok so. earlier today i was told i could chose one thing to move out of:seatown or lakeside. all of the  sudden she says i cannot chose and am kicked out of both. that is scam, i had already chosen too.

You are an owner of Sea Town, just like me, unless she did something slutty like manipulate a staff member who hadn't been on for months to remove you as an owner, you have nothing to worry about.
