how do u vote in parliment

so I've been apart of parliament for awhile now and I still am not clear on where/how to vote on the bills that want to be passed, also where do I find these bills. pls help

Votes shop up every so often, and look like these (#13, #14, #15). You can vote on them by just using the poll that is at the top. They're all archived in this board, and new ones are advertised in-game as well as on here.
