About the consecutive vote thing

If we have to be gone cause of say, vacation, can we tell an admin and they won't count it against us?

Yes just let us know, and/or just re-register right once you come back.

The 3 consecutive votes missed thing is to remove inactive people since we have a quorum (minimum participation). If they come back, thats cool, theres no penalty.

I'm changing this, I'm not going to keep track of someone missing 3 votes in a row.
Instead, if someone is inactive for a long time, I'm just going to ask them if they are still there, and if not, then I'll remove them.
