Formal Draft for InactiveLockette Plugin Legislation:

With approval this Legislation will call for a Parliament vote in regards to adding the InactiveLockette Plugin that Cyphur has coded.

This plugin will allow players to break expired lockettes on their own without staff interference, making it easier for players and staff alike

It also allows parameters for staff to exclude certain chests from being broken by players
EX: A player informs staff that they will be gone during the school year, their chests locks can be expanded longer than the 2 months
