Got a bunch of logs reporting wil griefing up a storm on the 18th of August, and most recently (August 25th) got another complaint from Bloodydiablo about him griefing again. Bloody has removed him from his town, and since the griefing is relatively minor and largely confined to stealing his fruits and vegetables (along with a couple of animal killings, albeit unproveable), I can't imagine that punishment would really be necessary past that. You're welcome to levy a fine if you wish, but I don't recommend it myself.
