Killermango trying to tp kill

12/15/12 at around 9:27 CST, killermango asked me to tp to him to test some shops, so I asked him in short if any harm would come to me. He said no, and I tped to him. I popped out in Republic or whatever inside this:
 
After I brought it up to kovos, he said this:

Which is weird because people have gotten in trouble for that in the past. then he said this:

So now I guess just because there are some changes to staff old rules dont apply any more?
Id like to know...

I didnt get a picture of him saying that I would be fine, could you check the logs for it?

If you state that no harm will come it is against rules as that is being a douche. If someone just sends a random tp to you and you accept its on you, but when you make the agreement of no harm you must hold to it.

Attempted murder you still can be put in jail (real life). And this has two parts one against you the other for rune and kovos stating something against a rule.

Alright, let me clear some things up.

First of all, Knite, you told me over Skype that you killed them first after they tped you to them. Although that is on them for tping you, I know you tend to stir up trouble. Personally, I think you reap what you sow; if you would not have killed them, they wouldn't have attempted "murder" (as Cj put it). However, they were in a protected area with the "death machine".

Second of all, to the "team" that attempted to murder Knite, killing someone while in a protected area is generally against the rules. I understand you all were mad at him for stirring up trouble, but that is no excuse to lie to him and then attempt to killing him. He killed you in the outlands (which is technically fair game). Certain kinds of tp killing have been frowned upon before... and this is no exception.

Third of all, you all need to cool down. Knite, you started it. The "team", you lied to Knite. You all need to cut the crap. End of story.

Judicial Review:
I hereby formally decree that ALL forms of tping killing fall under the "douche rule". Whether it be by /tpa or /tpa here, all forms are now against the rules.


Final Verdict:
Both of you need to get your acts together.
