Jailed for FALSE xraying

Air jailed me because of xray which i did not comit. Its ILLEGAL to mine on this server without being accused. I used a tunnel mine technique called "Tunnel mining". I have a youtube video of it right here a link demostrating the mining tactic. I did not xray, i never downloaded, viewed forum, or even conisdered using it and i have 2 friends named TheRandomMon and Sir_turtloid, and QuintinHan who i know at school and used my pc before and know i NEVER had xray installed and i HATE xray because it ruins minecraft.

lol I followed you for 10 mins and you dug tunnels leading directly to the ores. Then you covered them all up with dirt. Random even told me you got in trouble in other servers for the same reason. Right after I caught you, you left and came back 2 minutes later. I guess you left to clear your minecraft jar. You supposedly /ignored me even tho there was no /ignore command in the console or logs and you answered me once.

If air believes you are xraying I am going to believe him.... I can look into it when I get home in 30-45 mins. But I would put my money on air.

Why would he jail you and take your stuff if he wasn't sure you are xraying. The difference between "branch mining" and xray are huge. I have 2 different examples of it in my desert and there is no way you would think it was xray. "Tunnel" mining is complete bull shit. There is no way you are going to go in a straight line and find diamonds over and over. And I am willing to bet you have a tunnel going from one spot to the next with one turn in it. But like I said I can look into it.

It had 40 stable members
we had over 20 plugins
we banned over 30 xrayers
We never jailed without proper proof either

Dig declared you guilty too. He even gave you a lot of his diamonds, way more than I took just so you would stop crying and whining.
 Dude, you want me to congratulate you for breaking a server rule? I was polite until you started raging. When you came back, you basically threatened "TheRandomMon" with bullying him in school unless he backed you up. I'm not your mother, i'm not going to be all nice to you if you break rules.

The only admins you know are Air and me. Neither of us are power-hungry. I am the opposite of power-hungry.

And you hate servers that respond like what? You get caught for x-raying, and it is confirmed by more than one staff member, and Air takes the things you x-rayed. You know, most servers respond with instant permabans for things like this? I am fucking glad we've built a server that gives people second chances. Apparently Dig even gave you diamonds, so just end this.
