Can't change profile pic?

I can't change my profile pic!!!  It says that it is not writable so my pic can not be updated.  WTF IS GOIN' ON?  If you could fix this it would be most appreciated.

You can't upload pics to the forum, but you can link pics from other websites.

I'm talking about my profile pic.  It says that the picture is "unwritable thus my pic or avatar cannot be uploaded".  What is goin' on I could do this before.

Upload your image to tinypic (use my tutorial on the Reports board), copy and paste the IMG for forums, then take out the img and /img tags. Simple ^_^
