You can't 'erase' your record by apologizing or 'coming clean'.

The good news is that staff doesn't bother to look at your record unless you do something bad. Just follow the rules and you won't have any issues.

Something gets removed from the log only if it's deemed that it was too harsh or incorrect - and even then we typically leave it in with a notation, so we can look back later and see what happened. I suspect you misunderstood Akers, though he is welcome to correct me if I'm wrong.

You can "appeal" it as in apologizing for it but your record is not gonna be clean. We might take it into consideration if you ever get banned and you appeal but any offenses you have are permanent.

To be clear: he was asking about all his offences and that he didn't want them to effect him.

I said he should just be a good player  from now on and let those offences become old and in the past.
I said he also has the ability to request information on all of his offences from us, and to appeal any that he thinks are unjust (just like any other ban appeal), and that if an offence truly doesn't belong that we can pardon it. This isn't easy to do in normal circumstances unless we screwed up.

I'll get you the list of your offences soon.

Those that don't break rules have nothing to fear. Those that DO break a rule are free to appeal their punishment at that time. Those that broke rules in the past have nothing to fear from their 'record' if they don't break rules going forwards.
