Charleston Plantation - For Sale

Charlestown Plantation is a great place surrounded by an expanse of agriculture that includes a +200 sheep farm, a +400 coco greenhouse, a +100 pumpkin farm and some other small crop areas. The house is large but empty and can be changed easily. The whole place is guarded by a wall too keep out those mobs. it is linked via a road to other villages near by. I would like to sell for around 20k but I will listen to offers.

I forgot! It also has a fully functioning Skeleton Spawner right underneath which I think raises its value considerably.

I would like to inquire about this plantation of yours. How many negros currently work at your plantation? any strong ones?
I am in the mandingo fighting business and I would like to turn your plantation into a mandindo fighting ring. I am also looking to acquire a few new negros so if you got some for sale, please let me know.

Well my good sirs, I am currently in school (dont live in the us) when i get home I will use tiny url to put on some screenshots and in a few hours ill be on for some viewings. Great to see so many offers! Oh and unfortunately it aint first come firat serve i might hold an auction on here highest price wins!

Oh and to everyone who is considering buying my house please note that the house is not the centerpeice of the whole place it mearly served as a shelter for me. Dont buy this if your looking for a beautiful house or plot its the farms and the spawner that give it its price tag. I just dont want people turning up and saying well this hasnt been  amazingly built and the materials are so boring. Its still a really good money maker though its made be thousands!!!!

Do you sell any strong negros? I would like to inspect them before I buy them.

Anxy acan me and chris buy it considering we live right next to it, we connected all them together (including the plantation and mine and chris's village) so i think me and chris should have some power or use of it? :P
