Is PVP Logging Allowed?

Yeah, pretty self explanatory. I've seen Earwig_17 do it to hobbes13 a few times today. Is it along the lines "Don't be a douche"? It's not fair if people can get away with it. I'm asking because it happens once in a while to me and I get pissed.

We used to have a plugin to combat this. The person would PVP log and their NPC would spawn.
The plugin might have not worked with recent updates.

It hasn't been. It's just a statue freezing and you can't hit it and it can't hit you. It's only for like 5 seconds then it just disappears.

Thanks. PvP logging pisses me off. I kill a noob in the outlands and then they log off. That's why I hate PvP logging. Because you're about to get a lot of stuff then the person disappears.

Pointing out the most small things like a comma being placed which isn't even wrong and just unneeded is just picking basically searching for something to correct. Though spelling something like allowed wrong is a bit different because it's a word thats used quite a lot especially on a server with rules. Anyways, I don't really want to talk about this anymore, forums are sheit.
