Star's guide is great and has helped many people. I'm not sure what is stopping you. If it is step 6, all you have to do is find the link (on the website you uploaded the images to) for forums and message boards and paste it here.

The big bang of Cyrodiil: blacka_ch33ze wanted to build a village he asked epicteen96 to help him make 1.46titan over heard us talking and joined. we found land.  blacka_ch33ze didn't set a home and had to build one else where.
later he made a few friends and they helped build. it started with 4.(blacka_ch33ze,epicteen96,borni1999,and je_camewin.)we started to build a road
to the nether wart in the potions inc.(the abandon building). we then built a ditch with the farm animals,then the plants.then a bit of the road then blacka_ch33ze made a road to a well(unfinished) and store . borni1999 built a house when a new player wanted to join.(captainsparklezw.)borni1999 gave his house to captainsparklezw.blacka_ch33ze built a road across the river and borni1999 built the hotel and a house.Then the Cyrodiil became a city.
blacka_ch33ze got a lot a friends to join(mostly ones without a place to live.)later he built a police department and THE HALL OF FAME,and the hall of infamy.then down town was made.later ja_camewin  made a prison(Alcatraz).blacka_ch33ze then made another store a lighthouse a stand.then he made all of uptown which had a hospital,a hideout,and a sold house.
Things to be made:The wall of black moss,an inn name to be chosen by owner of inn,sanctuary,3 bunkers,2 clubs,a drink stand,invetion factory,and a for science people;The big bang observatory,and a LEAGUE ARENA.
places able to buy:hotel room,land,hideout,the abandoned building,a member mine.
