Time occurred: Around 4:34 US Eastern Time.
Location: Octosplosiontown
Pvp: Off
What happened: I tped to someone then I got hit to shit, almost dying. I killed one of them in defense, and then ran. I was wandering the village and Brick decided, without asking me to leave, to light me on fire.

Sounds like a serious case of TP killing and avoiding the PVP off rule in towns, (Which has been illegal for quite some time).
