Ban appeal

Griefing

So I had griefed and got a warning. Then the same admin found a sign that I had griefed before getting the warning thinking I had recently griefed it. I had griefed it with my friends permission,But I broke it like 4 times but replaced it each.

False, I watched you. You tried attacking the same guy over and over. Then when he went away you still tried to get into his house.

Correction,He was against me and my friends so I killed him,Then he killed me and took my items. I then tried to return into his house and kill him. He was in his house at the time. Then later I ask him over skype "Can I destroy your sign?" and he replys "Sure"
So I put a sign saying
"Please kill my wolves -Evergrand"
He then destroyed it and as a joke I placed it again.
Then he destroyed it and said "Ok now stop"
So I then stopped.
Also its odd how daringjumper isn't banned. He has griefed and hes not banned,Same with me  ;D

Anyway, Daringjumper was punished but he wasn't banned because it was recorded as his first offense.
You on the other hand, made a deal with me that if you ever griefed again you'd be banned and according to the people who reported you it was grief. There were logs, so I did my part.

Anyway January,You said it would be a temp-ban.
The only time I broke more then 10 blocks on a house was my house.
VeryFluffyKirby built it and let me live there then I asked him permission to tear it down and he said "ok"
You might have seen me grief his house 3 days later and thats when January gave me a warning.
Anyways I won't grief again,But I think I should be unbanned by now ;)

He has been in trouble a total of three times. The first time was grief, Jan caught him and jailed him with a warning. The second time he got in trouble was grief and theft, he was caught by Ako. The thing says that he grief quite a bit and allegedly took 4 diamonds, and three stacks of diamonds. He was jailed again. His THIRD time, since he didn't learn shit he greifed again, resulting in a ban via Jan.
I think he has had ENOUGH chances

I admit to taking the 4 diamonds! But the stacks were daring. It wasn't me!
And also I think I got banned for the same thing twice. Which was Jan and Ako,I hadn't griefed since Jan's warning and got banned by Ako
