Um... it can swap jars which is all you would need to do.
The more you know, huh. Still, the client I made has a few things not accessible by the Magic Launcher, such as a second "jar" holding some preferences. If you swap main jars, that one is deleted.

Personally as a server admin I found it quite useful for moderating.
