Tvnman14 will not stop coming to my village

Alright, so I really don't trust tvnman14 and he used the warp at market to get to my ville. I warned him to get out, which he didn't after I had to give him 2 more warnings, then a countdown from 10. About 5 minutes later he comes back, and won't leave. He leaves for like 10 seconds, after comes back for like the 6th time I told him not to come to Caracas Island because I don't trust him. This kid isn't listening because I want him out. Could some staff help please?

The best way to handle these people is to ignore them.
The more you tell him to leave and appear annoyed the longer they'll stay.

Troooooo, there is nothing really wrong with sitting in someones village. Just ignore them.
