You realise that true IQ tests are standardized, that means the average remains at 100 regardless of how intelligence goes up or down on the whole. To have an IQ of 157 is not likely, in fact it is extreme. Also I did try those IQ tests in your link and they have a heavy US bias, that is they mention things that only people in the US would recognize. A true IQ test would be written in a way to ensure that as many people from different cultures (that know English) could understand every question.
