 So the report is more on ZestyCreeper than Knitefall, but anyhow. ZestyCreeper asked for me to come help him with a Cave Spider spawner. So I tpa'd to him and agreed to no kill terms. As soon as I helped him with the spawner, he Knite tpa'd to him and killed me as soon as he got there. All that I am asking for is my stuff back and would not like to press anymore charges. He uses the excuse that he was just trying to PvP when this was entirely unfair in every way imaginable.

People shouldn't accept random tp requests,  but c'mon, people are more likely to accept a staff member tping to them.

I would say it's unfair because, if he agrees to a no kill agreement, and then somebody else is tp'd over to kill them, that is definitely unfair and could be used all the time as a way to dodge the no kill on tpa rule so that you can easilly kill someone with a friend when they come and split the stuff 50/50 or whatever. Since this is dodging a rule, and he was under a no killing agreement, this will not be allowed. Tob knite will return your stuff ingame whenever.

This is the risk of teleporting on a survival server.
People often accept requests regardless of the risks, of who they are around, outlands or regions.
It's unfair to punish someone who didn't break a rule, and since at the moment we don't have a rule against staff PVP it can't be used against him.

It isn't the fact that it is staff PVP. And he isn't being punished, all that was being asked of him was to give back the stuff. It is the fact that Tob was under a no kill agreement and tping over to someone and killing someone else who was thinking they were safe is unfair. The no kill agreement is to assure people are safe when they tp, this just works around it and is stupid.

It's not the fact that you said anything, but what you are: Your an SM and not a regular player, if an SM wants to tp to you, most people would think of it as important, not just to kill someone who thinks they were safe.

I agree that this is bypassing no-kill but this shit is tiring.
How many TP rules do we have to make? No-kill is already annoying as fuck because people cannot handle playing survival.  All these goddamn complaints and rules tell me we aren't one anymore.

I disagree that Knite should have to give anything back, as he did not knowingly breach a no-kill agreement and he did not break any rules.

It does, however, accidentally bring up an interesting flaw in our current TP-killing rule, and as such, me and Bl4ck have fixed it, which can be seen here:

Now that the rule is fixed, it would actually be the person who is in Zesty's shoes who is at fault from now on.

But as it stands in this case, since that rule was not yet updated, I do not think anyone is at fault.

The point is, Zesty agreed to no kill, but what you may not have noticed, is that Knite's rank gives him enough authority to make someone accept a tp without saying anything.
