Help needed (laptop)

I have a Dell Vostro 1710 laptop that's about 4 years old... it's still pretty decent and for the last month each time I turn it on theres a message at the bottom that says "Your battery can still charge. However, it's reaching the end of it's usable life.". And yesterday (and today) I started having problems like not charging when it's turned on. I wanna buy a new battery but I dont know where to buy it. Any help please, or where to buy it on websites or in stores (US retail)? In January when I got my laptop... well, "cleaned" I had about 50 fps running on MC but today I have like 10 fps. Any help will be appreciated please! PS if giving info about buying please give the links.

If your laptop is that old, and your FPS are getting that low, I would recommend getting a new laptop. My laptop (5 years old) overheats, doesn't hold a charge (even with the new battery) and the power jack needed replacing. Laptops get old, it's just how things are.

I took my laptop apart and cleaned it the other day, but it didn't really fix any of the issues. The plastic melts, especially places in contact with high voltage currents, there's not much you can do.

My laptop is still in good condition, it just says each time I log in to replace my battery until.. now 3 days ago, and it won't charge until I get a new battery for it...

Up to $800 but no more than that... I will go a little higher if it's very good.
