     I think this may be early for another appeal but I would like for you guys to hear me out. Around twenty days ago I was banned for mocking a staff member and killing Die_Endermen when she said to stop, I continued to kill her for around thirty times after she said to stop. Noket came to see what was going on, and I was being rude, very rude, when he came to see what was going on and I would like to apologize to Noket for that. After being rude to Noket, he decided to jail me. I was in jail for around five minutes, when Noket told me I am being banned. I was banned for twenty-eight days. I was going to wait twenty-eight days because I thought I needed the punishment for my actions anyways.

     My friend Jacob, lent me his account for Minecraft so I could converse to other players on VillageCraft for the day. I saw no harm in this and I was going to get off after about an hour of talking to other players to inform them of what happened. After getting his account I made a foolish mistake of continually going on VC day after day, and then I went to log on to VillageCraft and I was banned permanently, for avoiding my ban. I apologize for avoiding my ban and I would like to come back onto VillageCraft. I would like to serve till the end of my original ban that Noket assigned me(twenty-eight days) if I am granted this appeal(so around eight-days). I would also like to base this off of my last chance, when I say this I stand by my word. To adhere to this last chance policy I suggest if I do anything at all to break the rules, griefing one block, or griefing an entire village, I will be permanently banned, without an ability to appeal.

     For everyone I affected during my time on VillageCraft this is an apology and a promise that I will change my ways. I promise to be a nicer person and commit  no cruel acts against players or staff. I apologize to Noket and Die_Endermen for having to deal with me, and the staff for having to deal with me everyday. I hope you consider this appeal and hope to see you guys soon.

Peng I forgive you a lot. You really deserve to come back on but... after all those times you've helped me I didn't want you to get banned after killing me over and over, I would've wanted you to leave the area after you kept killing me. I think you should be unbanned but I don't wanna get involved on the thing about mocking Noket.

Plus your ban avoidance, which you damn well know is wrong.
You were not to play on the server for 30 days and that's exactly what you did.

You don't deserve to play here, you don't care about anything you do and you don't give a fuck what staff says, that's why you went around your tempban and used an alt.

I really do like you Peng, but I'm saying no. You've done too much shit.

I really want to see Peng back on. I've talked to him, and he's truly sorry and willing to turn over a new leaf.
I'm not saying I think Peng should be allowed back on, just like that. I'm not saying he shouldn't face punishment.
A punishment in the form of a contract, a deduction of money, a tempban, maybe.

I am truly sorry and I will change. I think I should be given a last chance and if you do give me the last chance you won't be disappointed.
After all I have done, I agree with Mossy I shouldn't be allowed back on, just like that. I feel that a punishment is what I need, and I will take it in any means, as long as I can continue to play on VillageCraft. Please reconsider me.

I looked at all the offenses and asked Ako that if you break one more rule that you needed to be banned.
Then later I find out you evaded the tempban.
So it is not "just like that", it's too many times you caused trouble because you didn't give a fuck until now.

I think it's unfair how rainy had 7/8 offenses and ida had 8. I think its no fair, he deserves a FINAL FINAL FINAL chance. If he breaks it, no appeal. He's done forever. Why not 1 last chance with banishment, negative money, or a 2 month tempban? Please let peng stay.

I think it's unfair that a player can rack up 8 offenses and stay on the server, I agree.
You are absolutely right, Die, he should have been banned long ago just like them.
Did you know that I ban people right away when they grief a second time? Or when they've reached at least 3-4 offenses?
He is really lucky I never dealt with him.

Everything you said is true.
I may try to appeal when two months pass by, but now I feel I shouldn't appeal at all.
I don't deserve to play here, how I have acted has shown you that.

In the next two months I will try to change the way I act, and re-appeal.
You guys might not have to deal with me anymore, as I might just lose interest in Minecraft and move on to other things.
