The fourth was kind of totally gay in comparison to previous ones.
I played San Andreas and III with my friends all the time and had endless hours of fun. I still play IV but only TBOGT free mode.

Agreed. If not for the mini games and being able to play as a black guy, for the the awesome weapons and cheats. Flying cars for the win.
