Jukebox Plugin
« on: 17 October 2013, 01:11:51 PM »
Today I installed the Redstone Jukebox Trig plugin, so now you can easily activate any jukebox with a record inside to make it play. Simple provide a redstone signal to the block. It's never been easier!

Please note if the redstone signal is removed while the song is playing, the record will continue to play. Reapplying teh redstone signal will have no effect, until the song has finished.

Unfortunately, it must be a redstone wire powering it, as buttons, redstone torches etc directly adjacent to it do not work.

If you hook up a redstone clock to the jukebox, it will automaticly restart the song when it has finished. A simple one is this, where you have two hoppers facing into each other, and an item bouncing between them both. A comparator is hooked up to one and the wire is coming out of this. You may need repeaters if you want a further distance, although this is a fairly compact design.
