The player.dat is encoded by MC to avoid people tampering with it. Essentials makes bukkit ignore the player.dat and use it's own files instead, but with over 12k people ever logged in, FTP times out before it can load the folder :/

Folder loads for me. Do I just delete the file?

Open it, and set the coords to x=0, y=130 z=0. They should be there next time they log in, where they can safely teleport away from

I pretty sure she's. Not got any hacks installed, I don't think she knows how to and. And when I log in on her account and join vc I get the same thing as her.

We could try removing her user file to let it regenerate anew.

We created a region around 0, 0, 0 and added a forced respawn point to it. If you die in that region you should spawn in a safe spot. Let's hope it works.

Please try logging in, and report back here with the results.

I think if you remove the player.dat file it messes up protected chests, doors and regions belonging to that player.

We can try backing up the player.dat and then deleting it from the main file. That way if it doesn't work we can replace the backup.

No, just their inventory, ender chest, money and nick name. If she doesn't have anything in her inventory or enderchest, we could delete it and refund the money?

Go ahead and do it, Luis. Make sure you check what she has first.

I can't, my internet can't handle the FTP connection. Air will have to do it. Just rename the file in essentials folder from .dat to .dat_old

Also chaos, I can't do it on either computer ;)
