No keeps agreement

Accused of: Breaking an agreement/ scamming
Player(s) effected: DermotFTW
Location: Qualia PVP arena
If in a village, was PVP on or off?: pvp on
Screenshots: Check the chatlogs or something
Brief summary of what happened: We had an agreement for 'no-keeps' PVP, but there was a miss understand and I thought the agreement was for the whole PVP session, ooWIKIoo thought is was for 1 match...
The first match I killed WIKI and gave him his stuff back, then went into the no PVP area on the side of the arena, Catty610 closed the gates and it pushed me into the arena (sounds stupid, but it's the truth)
It was just me and E_M_I_N_E_M and we weren't killing each other. I said no keeps about 3 times in the chat. Wiki then tp'd back with a full set of diamond armour and killed me. When i did catty and WIKI instantly said there was no agreement.

I'd say some of this was arguably broken.

Unless WIKI wants to dispute your side of the story, I'm happy to give a verdict in your favour pending another staff member agreeing.








I've added new signs to all 4 entrances (I might change them to say all fights are for keeps by default):

I was here to witness.

Wiki and dermot made a no keeps battle prior to this fight. They both battled. Then around 5 mins of not fighting. They both entered again. Dermot asked for another no keeps. But wiki never agreed to anything. The previous no keeps was agreed for that spesific battle.


They made a no keeps battle, they finished it fair and square. Later wiki returned, and not in seconds. More around 5 mins. I believe without making an agreement for another no keeps battle. And they battled.

I am correct by, if someone makes a no keeps promise for a fight, it doesn't mean for another fight that they are in mid-battle around 5 mins later. Which wiki didn't agree on on keeps that time.

I hope I just said something what wasn't garbage : P

By the way, the new rule of all fights are no-keeps, this came into play after what has happened. Do we play by the old rules for this case, due to it being done before these rules, and make sure to be aware of the new rules now?

I didn't want to fight, I never agreed to fight again! I could not get out the arena until I died. I was definitely not standing doing nothing on the outside of the arena for 5 minutes, 5 minutes is over exaggerated. After about 1 minute of being in the arena with E_M_I_N_E_M and saying 'no keeps' incase he tried to kill me, WIKI tp'd back and starting killing me before I could even agree to fight... If you checked the chat at the time you would see that I only agreed to fight him once when he asked for a 'no keeps' fight. I don't mind if i don't get my stuff back... i just want to know that what wiki did was wrong. :(

Ok, I checked the logs and Wiki TP'd back to the arena at least 3 minutes after he died, driven by butthurt after getting owned, he killed Dermot. Dermot said no keeps a couple times but Wiki didn't accept or deny. Even though I think it is pretty fucking gay that Kiwi had to be a little bitch and TP back with diamond armor to kill Dermot, and Catty was an even bigger bitch by closing the gates to facilitate this and I am 90% they were both in a Skype call, no rules were broken. I'm gonna post the log below in case another staff member wants to review the case too, but my verdict is:

No rules broken
Catty= little bitch
Wiki= little bitch
