Accused of: refusing to leave private village upon request, stealing, killing sheep

Brief summary: I saw on the map that schlepp0609 was in Clocktown in my sheep pen for several minutes. I requested repeatedly that he leave. Octo and Hobbes were online and confirmed they could see my messages. I continued to watch as schlepp crossed into Ikana River Ranch to my stables area and onto my pumpkin patch, where pumpkins are clearly visible. I again requested that he leave, multiple times. He then traveled back to Clocktown, to the sheep pen. At that point I logged in via minechat and he left. Hobbes pursued him and regained some items. When I logged on later approximately 1/2 my sheep were gone. Eminen observed that I had many sheep missing, as he was familiar with the area before. Screenshots below show schlepp in the sheep pen and you can see the pumpkins missing after he left the area.
