I will not let this go: anoy asked me to build windows on the top floor of his house.
I build windows on the top and bottom.
he destroys the oned on the botom floor (I didn't know that he didn't want them there.)
he puts lava at my spawn.
I get out of the lava and finally survive.
in the time I have left on fire, I ask dallas to move the lava.
dallas comes after anoy moves the lava.
(so far, I did nothing wrong but accidentally build bottom floor windows)
dallas jails anoy and I for 10 minutes.
i come back on the next day and I was banned.
I was innocent.

two weeks later, kelsey is having trouble on VC and she needs my help.
I tell her that I'm banned.
she said that she will help me get unbanned.
an hour later, she comes up to me and says that they muted her for being annoying.
I asked what she said and she said that she told the truth but nobody listened.
I am innocent, kelsey is only annoying when she isn't on minecraft, and anoy is a witness. when he goes on, ask him anything. he will tell the truth. he keeps saying, I didn't mean to get you banned, and I tell him that it wasn't his or my fault.

Kelsey said that they kept saying that I fucked up. by doing what?

Cole, I just read three pages of your prior posts, the majority of which involved moderating stupid arguments between you and your sometimes friends. I told you in your OTHER appeal thread that I personally did not think that the incident in which I jailed you and Anoy warranted your being banned. Clearly the other staff members who had allowed you to return on a last chance basis disagree. I think the very reasonable response to your 'wtf' question is that the staff as a whole are tired of the way you play the game, and don't want to play it with you any longer. So perhaps, if you really want to be considered for an appeal, you focus on exactly wtf YOUR problem is that has gotten you in this position.  Just a thought.

i want to know EXACTLY why i was banned. not that i blew my last chance, not that everyone's tired of my shit, I want to know what i did wrong to get banned. I didn't grief, I brought dallas in to FIX grief on MY house. I did nothing wrong.

I dont think you understand that I literally was banned for doing nothing wrong. anoy wants me unbanned, reshitmax or whatever the frick wants me unbanned, kelsey wants me unbanned, pitt does, raeiu does, and i know that you guys are keeping me banned just because you hate me. we all know you guys are keeping me unbanned even though i'm innocent. July 24th
cole and anoy are building in Central Amazon.
They get into some squabble where they disagree on windows on a building.
Grief accusations ensue.
Dallas jails both for 10 minutes to see wtf is going on.
False alarm, both are friends and should have NEVER GOT STAFF INVOLVED.
Dallas explains to them not to get staff involved unless it is a real grief report.
They agree.
Dallas leaves them to enjoy the rest of their 10 minutes in jail to cool off and think about their mistake.

July 29th
Knitefall gets word that cole griefed and broke his last chance agreement.
Knitefall permanently bans cole, but forgets to register the report (which I've fixed, no worries).

August 12th
Akomine goes digging.
Akomine unbans cole, pardons cole of the grief offense, and reminds cole he is still on a last chance agreement.
Akomine also reminds cole and anoy of what Dallas said:
DO NOT GET STAFF INVOLVED IN PERSONAL SQUABBLES. IT GETS PEOPLE BANNED.

Also, honestly cole, why are you being such an asshole to me?

Appeal won.
colemadeawesome pardoned of July 24th grief.

Pardoning means completely clearing your name of the offense (example: it turns out you didn't do it).
Forgiving is not a full pardon, and it means we are willing to reduce or remove the punishment for the offense you committed (example: getting unbanned from a griefing ban).
