Name: James
State the punishment you recieved:Ban
Banned/tempbanned/jailed/money taken/etc.
State what you were likely doing that got you banned/punished: Xraying and griefing
Why you were banned/punished
State why you should be pardoned: I have matured,I no longer grief and xray. I do use my own custom client (which only has a minimap and norender) so I think I should be let back in. Islid checked,and I only have 1 warning aswell.

For clarification, all I did was communicate to him that he only currently had one offense on his account, I suspected this might allow the mods to grant a little leniency in his case since it was his very first offense on the server.

However it is 2 major offenses, Not to mention it violates the "Don't be a douche" Rule we have.

Sorry, I thought one ban counted as one offense, I wasn't aware each one was counted separately.

he did the x-raying for he had pushed his  village owner in lava and didn't want to mine for a week strait plus he was not griefing he was raiding an unclaimed village and was not breaking things to my knowledge in that day i was the only one breaking anything and i have already been punished for that

Not like this thread is much of my business... but why are you fighting/begging for him? Why can't he answer for himself? If he was truly committed to this server, he would be on the forums defending himself... not getting you to do it for him.

Just my input there.  8)
