I have reason to believe catty601 was xraying. I saw them make tunnels and turn them to find diamonds and gold. After I consulted them they attempted to bribe me, after I put them in jail they admitted to the crime.

Seems pretty cut and dry. This explains why, when I first discussed with Catty about the trade of an enchanted pick, he told me that he didn't have much of anything to trade for it money or item-wise, but after only 10 or 15 minutes, he had nearly a whole stack of mossy cobblestone and several blocks each of gold, diamonds, and iron. When I asked him how he got ahold of it so fast (shortly before Boy had jailed him), he simply said "Oh, I fell into a rich cavern..."

Hardly convincing. Xray seems the most possible answer right now, and given the photographic and logged evidence, I would say with almost 100% certainty that it was the case.

Charges: Attempting to Bribe a mod, X-raying.

Recommended Punishment: 3-day temp ban, due to first offense and donor status.

Dude there I meant by should i pay it of i just could not get the word so I decided to say bribe and that's just normal mining around I know once you find one thing there's not likely to be another thing im just mining normally

When I said I admit I'm x-raying now I meant how I
was bored and people were going to the prison and i said i admit im xraying now because i was looking at them through the wall

Well that note at the top is wrong
I know you would not be leave me if i said i did not x-ray so I decided to just pay it of to stop me getting banned for something i did not do I have x-ray because the stupid items on the store won't load and i had x-ray before for antoher server when i hit the butten to see if it would reload it it worked so i still do it now i use it not for being unfair

Yea that's true there is light where I was so I could see
plus I mine all the time i know what to look out for and Im just mining around and I found the ore and I did find a rich cavin but i think boylink does not want to show

At the market and are doctors shop it taped x-ray looking at everthing to make the items apear so i can see what im buying or selling

Ok im getting real i mined 2 blocks 2 of diamond and about 3 blocks of gold about 63 mossy cobble stone (Only for paying of a dept im sorry im pritty dum)
and 3 stacks of redstone and about 1 stack or iron and about 3 or 4 stakcs on cobble stone not x-raying
and 2 buckets of lava i got

I want to add that I found catty x-raying a few days ago, but he/she was honest about it and promised to stop, so I let it go. This isn't a first offence.

That said, I don't want to ban you, catty, because you're honest about it. Please stop. Uninstall the mod and don't use it, or it will be a ban next time. Consider this two strikes.
