That is indeed true, that I have done terrible things back in late January of 2014. I used hacked and killed a few players over the course of two to three days , i was with the server for about a month then. I was still new to Mine-craft then, and did not have as much experience as I do now. In April of 2014, I made an appeal and my ban was lifted for a month. During that time, I did not break any of the rules on village-craft, and did not hack during that time period. Since then, I have been more aware, and I changed a lot as a player, I was not getting banned from servers, I have not been banned from any mine-craft servers in over a year. I am more cautious of what I do on servers, and I know that sometimes I may get the urge to cheat, but instead I should practice, on how to get better at things at mine-craft, instead of using cheats, because it is better in the long run. Since I have not hacked in over a year and a half, I am happy, and am glad that I do not hack anymore, the short time of hacking has taught me to never download any hack clients again. You weren't a hacker, you were a skiddie. I don't know why minecraft players call themselves hackers when they're just skiddies.
Anyway, all that aside. I believe dan should have another chance. I am well aware of the damage he caused, which includes ban avoidance, spam, grief, and hacking:

Even with those things in mind, I am willing to support a 1-year probationary unban. However, this probationary period comes with conditions that,
should you (very specifically) grief (whether it's 1 block or 50) or hack (including x-ray), you forfeit your right to further appeal and be banned from this server indefinitely. Less serious violations will not forfeit your right to appeal, but will warrant a ban. The earliest time which you may appeal will be 2 months following the date of the ban.
I realize these conditions are harsh, however these conditions may be the only conditions under which you might be granted another chance.
