That is indeed true, that I have done terrible things back in late January of 2014.  I used hacked and killed a few players over the course of  two to three days , i was with the server for about a month then. I was still new to Mine-craft then, and did not have as much experience as I do now.  In April of 2014, I made an appeal and my ban was lifted for a month. During that time, I did not break any of the rules on village-craft, and did not hack during that time period. Since then, I have been more aware, and I changed a lot as a player, I was not getting banned from servers, I have not been banned from any mine-craft servers in over a year. I am more cautious of what I do on servers, and I know that sometimes I may get the urge to cheat, but instead I should practice, on how to get better at things at mine-craft, instead of using cheats, because it is better in the long run. Since I have not hacked in over a year and a half, I am happy, and am glad that I do not hack anymore, the short time of hacking has taught me to never download any hack clients again. Anyway, all that aside. I believe dan should have another chance. I am well aware of the damage he caused, which includes ban avoidance, spam, grief, and hacking:

It seems that more staff than not want to keep him banned, and that you and octo were dissenting that opinion.

Since you were making a probation deal, I figured you'd try to get danchess to agree to something and then deliver a verdict based on that. If he's going to be unbanned, that is.

If neither of you will post a verdict, let me know and I will post one.
