Kicked for flying

Every time i try to log on, it keeps saying "Kicked for flying (Or related)". During the 3 seconds i am on, it is clear to see i am on the ground. Can someone stop this from happening pls? I want to play D:

It won't let me move, it looks like i'm not a fence, and every time i try to type a command, it doesn't work
