Request for New Plugin

Hello, as a MP i would like to bring the expMiner plugin forward to the parliament.

This plugin as described in the name, gives a configurable amount of experience to a player for mining rare ores or just normal blocks. This would be a great way for players to gain experience if they are poor or not interested in combat.

I like the idea it takes forever to grind exp from mobs, so why not make more exp when mining or gathering resources.

Do we want to give experience for mining on a survival server? I dont know... We'll have to keep talking about this one

I do like the idea of getting xp for mining. Just have to make sure its balanced.

Also depends on how much each are worth. If that one iron block counts as half a zombie kill well you be better off killing zombies if you want xp because your going to go through a lot of picks

It shouldn't be too much xp considering if your a good miner you will accumulate a lot of minerals.

I don't think we should get exp from mining. That is to easy. It is suppose to come from mobs or they would have made it this way already. If anything we should make mobs drop money.

with the next version of MC coming 1.3 you get xp from mining and crafting so I do not see a reason to add a plugin to remove it latter.

It seems like you would level up pretty fast with this. That would lower the sale prices of enchanted items that other people have made and are trying to sell.

There is no point in this plugin. 1.3 adds this and this will only be a plugin to get REMOVED.

I would be interested, I have never seen you trying to sell enchanted items before.
I always die before I get any exp.
