if your pvping and you then run into a town i don't think that is border hopping, it's called being a PvP Pussy, when you jump in and out in and out slowly doing damage to someone, that's border hopping. and if livid killed your dogs in an uprotected area, he did nothing wrong what are some of the "hurtful" things he said also.
