Random-ass problem with server groups. Diagnosing and fixing problem.

@luisc99 @Akomine .. please remove whitelist at your convenience and watch for bugs/problems. I don't think I made any mistakes, but if we've learned anything from Apollo 5, an insane amount of care doesn't prevent all mistakes.

The servers back up and running, thanks to @Noket's hard work over the past day, despite being busy. Be sure to say thank you to him when you see him. You're free to join the server now. However if you see any bugs or notice anything different, please report them to any member of staff immediately, and they'll pass it on to one of the admins who will try and resolve it as quickly as possible.
