I am applying for a full pardon.
I was followed around when mining and accused of using X-ray.

Lish THOUGHT i was using X-ray because of my mining pattern. Not sure what pattern i was using, i was moving around all over the place looking for coal, iron and redstone. I got a lot of diamonds because I have a fortune pick. I have learned from my own server that diamonds are MORE commonly found bellow level 12. Usually closer to bedrock. Wasn't even looking for diamonds, really don't care about the money. Was bored and just decided to do some mining.

So I'm saying i was NOT using X-ray.
Im a little upset that someone followed me mining, someone i don't know for that fact. And they accuse me of something based on a THOUGHT!

Also, after leaving the server i watched their chat on the dynmap, it was between lish and (sorry i don't know the other guys name) noctor???
They both didn't know much about what they were talking about a even admitted they weren't certain of my actions.

So i would appreciate to see this ban lifted.

Shane, lish and i saw you mining erratically and it looked to us that you were mining directly for gold and diamonds. I personally was also suspicious with the way you suddenly left while Lish was asking you about it as if you just expected him to give up. I would be alright with reducing the ban if you could explain that for me.

I can't check the logs rn, perhaps unban and and jail him for questioning?

I did not say I wasnt sure if you were XRaying, I stated that it is hard to tell but in this case I was 99% positive. Hence why I jailed you and asked you about it first. If you had just complied with me instead of saying "I might just leave" and disconnecting when you were asked if you were using it or not, there wouldnt have been a reason for a weeks ban. But you leaving after I was already 99% positive just said to me that you were and couldnt be bothered to deal with it. If you really didn't want to be banned you could have talked to me there and then to resolve the issue but you didn't.

As for the proof, We "THOUGHT" you were using XRay in the first place because we watched you go from cluster to cluster of diamonds one after the other directly to the next and watched you doing it for a good 10 minutes.
I would have been perfectly happy to discuss it with you yesterday which is the soul reason we don't just ban you straight away, but give you a chance to explain it or talk to us. If you didn't want a ban you shouldn't have disconnected when asked about it. Maybe if you had apologised for that instead of calling me a liar I would be prepared to reduce the ban but oh well.

You do realise it is our job as staff to make sure people aren't breaking rules and when you've broke 20 diamond ores in 2-3 minutes, we're supposed to spectate you because that is suspicious to begin with and make a judgement. Both staff on at the time watched for enough time that were certain of it. Its not just a "thought".

So to come here and say you were completely not at fault and call staff liars has baffled me when I gave you a chance to not be banned and you disconnected. I was even about to say that if you were and you admitted to it straight away and removed the Xray I wouldn't have been as harsh.

For these reasons I'm denying the appeal.

I gave him that chance already, Didn't make any mention or apology of it here else I would have been perfectly open to giving a chance.
