server down

so the server restart just happened, and its been dow for almost 20 minutes. do we have any idea of whats going on?

It's back up. Random crash. Should be fine now

Side note, when the server goes down could we try and just message staff on steam or something, so we can get it back up quickly without having a bunch of forum posts?
