As I am not really aware wether you can have more than one end portal on a server, I'd like to propose something.
The ability to buy an end portal for your village and/or an end portal in Qualia.
I think it would come in very handy, as a lot of people go to the end, and may not want a home spot there, the original portal can also be pretty hard to find (Which I wouldn't've found if it weren't for Islid).
So that's my idea

Also, I think the end should be re-rolled
Even if people have to make spawners again

I would of thought that you could not go there as its to small to do anything there, and you can't buy them you just can't the most that could happen would be one in the Qualia.....

I know where the portal is
But it's annoying going there constantly instead of being able to just go to Qualia

It's no more than 200 blocks from Qualia.
Making it even easier to find makes it even easier to be abused.

How hard is it really to craft like 5 eyes of ender to find a portal that is like 10 ender pearl throws from qualia?

I found the end portal one day, by myself, because I was bored.  :)

It's quite easy for a developed player of the server, it is not, however, for a newly joined player who does not give a rats behind about the state of The End.
IMO, the right to use The End should be earned. Earned through gathering these materials required to locate The End's portal.
It's through gathering these materials the player will appreciate and refrain from abuse.
With random new players running willy nilly in and out of the The End it is no longer something special to those who took the time to find the portal legitimately and the island itself, I expect, will be ruined in no time at all.

There actualy is a end portal in qualia.... im not showing you where but there is. and remember, there are many secrets in Qualia

I can show you where it is, it's not very far from Qualia and a portal in there would mean too many people crashing enderdragon fights, stealing xp and killing those who fight endermen.
