Weird inventory dupe/switch

So i logged on the other day and saw my armour wan not in my inventory. I went all around the server looking for it including the games world. In the games world was not only my armour but a copy of my inventory except my food was also in the games world and the elytra had more durability.

(this has been sorted out now)
