i think its a really good place to go paragliding and then using a square remote bomb to kill a keese, and then you can use Cryonis and whistle sprint from there.

Whistle Sprinting is a land based movement tech, where link reaches near top positive speed without the use of stamina if done properly. This tech is performed by holding down D-Pad Down and continuously tapping B on the controller or gamepad.
Due to this, holding the controller or gamepad is rather difficult to do comfortably while maintaining decent maneuverability. For highest movement speed over time sprint until your stamina is almost depleted and then use Whistle Sprinting until your stamina is refreshed. Afterwards repeat the process infinitely.
