You can take some oil, put it into a pot. Heat it up real good until it starts to bubble. Next you want to put a chicken into the oil. Once the chicken starts to sizzle you want to get a lighter, light the oil on fire then wait about 15 seconds until the burning oil has seared the chicken. Now take the chicken out and put it on a plate. After putting some nice spices on it its ready to eat. Your oil is still on fire tho so you should pour alot of water on the burning oil. Happy Cooking
