With all due respect, Luis is hardly ever active. I don't think he's participated in a single session of parliament since the last election. I understand he's busy and that's fine but someone so busy can't efficiently lead gere.

With all due respect, it would be nice to be told when parliament is. I have a bill I want to submit, but I never know when you're meeting. It's impossible to lead efficiently when nobody tells you the basic information you need.
