The reason this is in a different part is because the majority of this did take place on Skype, meaning I am not 100% sure whether the mods will take action about it or not. However, the acts are so extreme and go beyond just regular bickering, and I really hope the mods will do something about this.

What the hell? When I was talking in French I was talking about how my grandpa died and how you completely disregarded and said I was a greedy bitch for no reason. Literally, I was the triggered one on Skype

When I went on IRC, please show me when I was talking to you. You were the first one to talk and then I came back on later because swag was rambling how you were being a douchebag to her.

SOCIAL MEDIA IS USED FOR SOCIAL PURPOSES. IF YOU DON'T WANT PEOPLE SEEING YOUR STUFF MAKE IT PRIVATE OR DON'T POST IT AT ALL. YOU GAVE YOUR TUMBLR TO LIVID, and then, what a shocker, he gave it to me. If you are so concerned about people being nosey with your stuff then don't post it on social media? Anyone can see it and it isn't illegal at all to repost or share it in any way.

Also, I had Shen tell me that stuff that happens on Skype stays on Skype. You don't bring stuff onto VC because when I apparently "gave out" your blog, which is public (if you're so concerned make it private) I added random people who I vaguely knew. I've had staff members @shensley @OctoGamer (both? Just shen I think) that VC is not responsible for anything that happens outside of VC. Is Trump responsible for say, Vietnam's economy? Think about that. You have infuriated me over the past few days- we should include the family situation as stated before. How about how the 3 generations of my family are retarded? Ok.

Next, maybe you shouldn't put personal information on social media. Remember that anyone can look at social media. I didn't see anything myself on there, my friend and I were texting about the crazy posts you make and how you've taunted me over the past few weeks. So how did I break any rule in a legal matter by sharing a social media account? Please don't even try invasion of privacy. If the supposed info was so "personal" why would you put it on a PUBLIC page. It's called SOCIAL media for a reason. If you don't want people seeing it, make your account private. How were you violated in any way even though you may (I did not see any) put classified info on SOCIAL media, where everyone and anyone can access it? That info is not private because anyone was able to access it.

We have a more passive banning system than other servers, which is the reason why you aren't banned, but make no mistake, we can still ban you if we want. It.only takes one command and you're banned, not very hard. Your contract makes it even easier to ban you, I suggest you chill.

I just want to tell you something though: a social media account is not private. Period. It's public, it's publicly accessible information available on the public internet. If you don't want people to find it and share the information on it, you should have never put that information on a public social media page.

Also, it's cool you're trans, nobody should care. We're all just humans with our own qualities making our ways through life. We should be spreading happiness and helping others live happy lives. My fear is Kylie is spreading hate, derision, and just generally trying to make certain targets of hers unhappy. We'll investigate and choose what to do soon. Cheers

Ok Kylie makes a good point about how you share a lot of things such as Youtube videos without asking for consent, but so does Yvette about not sharing personal stuff and social media. Yvette shouldn't have told livid her tumblr or whatever. But also Yvette gets triggered easily, don't know if swag got screens of this or not, but she was lashing out on swag. Yvette was being extremely rude to swag. She was saying things such as "Get the fuck out", "You fucking cunt", etc. On irc you told us we were "harassing" you, but you were clearly harassing swag. You assumed swag leaked your social media. Anyways if you didn't want your personal info to be leaked then why make it public. Why did you even make it public if there was private info on it. People don't ask permission to share videos or facebook posts, so why ask permission to share your tumblr.

Ok, I'm gonna defend Kylie here. This was ON SKYPE. I have specifically seen staff say that the contract was only on MC, and therefore can't be on Skype. (I don't have screenshots, sorry.) Ok, let's see here. First of all, if things happen off of VC they should not be brought on to VC. I would like to see how I "harassed" yvette when the weed and basement thing (on VC at least) was in response to Donut who was acting all cocky?

My reason for wanting to ban you was for the Monday incident, not as much the last night incident. I do recall you saying the basement and weed thing a few times last night. correct me if i'm wrong. but in my opinion that is pushing the boundaries a bit. anyone disagree? Most people, me included, are disappointed that you have proved you have not changed, Die. you are obviously still harassing people (whether on or off VC) and you said you were done with that bullshit on your last appeal. All you had to do is avoid conflict obviously that didn't happen. I'd love to see you "change" Die, I really would. I don't think the 2 months you took off earlier were enough time.
