My reason for wanting to ban you was for the Monday incident, not as much the last night incident. I do recall you saying the basement and weed thing a few times last night. correct me if i'm wrong. but in my opinion that is pushing the boundaries a bit. anyone disagree? Most people, me included, are disappointed that you have proved you have not changed, Die. you are obviously still harassing people (whether on or off VC) and you said you were done with that bullshit on your last appeal.

Octo nothing is going on on VC. It's not like Yvette is that good because she knows that I get infuriated at her so my instincts are to say something back. We all do it in real life.

The Monday incident was already dealt with and I stayed off VC for it. Shen warned me about it and I decided it was best to get off VC because it would cause more trouble. I'm not even trying to be mean or anything but people are deliberately poking me and bringing my family and personal life. So who's causing more harm? I can pull up a screenie of the convo where I said I had no problem with Yvette being trans but it's sick that she's manipulating the family situation. Again, about the Monday night incident I was warned very clearly and then I was told explicitly that VC THING ARE TO STAY OFF OF VC

Also, I said the basement and weed thing once and that was to Donut, not to Yvette

Pretty sure if someone brought in your family into an argument that you would be all defensive, just saying.

This happend OUTSIDE of VC, and I don't see how and why can staff be in control of things outside of the server. And plus, why was kylie banned? For harassing? I know as well as ANYONE else the boundaries of joking and being straight up mean, but it seems like the bottom-line has been raised WAY up for kylie. What I am saying is that something that other players do, and get away with, can get kylie banned. I will not list any names, but this happened to me once. I suggest making the harassing rules more clear, and if there is already a clarification, show me.

Since this happens mostly on skype, I see no reason to ban Kylie, but another excuse for staff to ban someone.

Do you think we look for excuses to ban people? Do you think we are corrupt, operate unethically, or play favourites? You said this like we commonly ban people unfairly or something. Please explain.

Furthermore, this partially happened outside VC, partially on VC. What does it matter? It is clearly directly related, dipping in and out of server chat. Like Air said, we can consider things that happen outside of server chat. It's my opinion that Kylie's on-server chat across a few incidents lately is enough to have breached her probation contract, regardless of the Skype crap. I don't know why she has to act like such an antagonist/instigator/bully at times. Sometimes she tries to skirt the borderlines of the rules, or lately her contract. She told us she was changing her ways to be a positive person, but this report proves she is full of negativity, trying to spread mean-spirited shit and get other people in on it. Reminds me of a bully who wants their mean thoughts reinforced by others to feel good about being mean. It's so unfortunate.

I'm not here to start anything, if it does I wont reply. If you know that you get infuriated at her, wouldn't it be best to ignore her and not speak to her? As well as most adults or "mature" people in life actually don't go saying things back. They just walk away, I think it would've of been a smarter move in this case to just walk away. As for the family thing, I do see a point as to why you might argue over it. Remember though it doesn't have to result in a conflict unless you allow it to. I do think you can be mature but, I think people tend to get caught up in your beef with others which in returns carries it onto vc (not blaming you for it, I just feel others aren't mature enough to leave it alone sometimes) Look at it this way, gives you more free time to worry about other things. Kylie is the most toxic person ever to have graced VC with their presence. She teased a girl about her mother dying, has relentlessly harassed me since I returned to VC, threatened to grief Gere, has literally bullied someone on the server to the point where they were feeling suicidal (not disclosing who, they would prefer to remain anonymous), and is a general asshole to everyone that doesn't bend to her every whim.
Somehow, you can defend that. And somehow, you can find a way to turn it around on everyone else that she's made miserable, and make it there fault, all while saying "well maybe she isnt the nicest person, but.." like fucking really? Kylie is a "real person with real feelings" but all the other people she harasses and treats like shit - they aren't real people with real feelings? Nice.

I'm going to chime in here. As a new player, just meeting a lot of you for the first time, I hope you can understand that my point of view is not taken from any favoritism, or biased towards any players.  I witnessed the bleed-over from the skype call into VC. I felt sick to my stomach witnessing how Kylie/die was treating Yvette. What I saw, was Kylie defending her actions by victim-blaming Yvette. "If you don't want me to do this shitty thing to you, you shouldn't have put yourself in a position in which I could".   This type of behavior is not acceptable IMHO.

I don't care where it happened, it involved VC members and die was on her last chance.

No no, I assure you that I am done with all of this. All I want to do is come back to see fellow players that I have known for a long time. I'm not going to revert back into some old behaviour pattern. The period of time wasn't really that short (can be debated) but I have talked to many people that were impacted negatively me. We gave her plenty of chances and she kept disappointing us, if this was another server, she would have been banned years ago... how dare you argue that because it happened outside of VC, in skype, we can't ban her for it? We can and we did. I even wanted to do an IP ban to prevent alt accounts but Octo told me her brother plays on VC, so I didn't IP ban. Though if we catch her using an alt, we will ban the alt and then ban her IP.
