You tunnels looked very suspicious, you dug straight into a mountain and hit gold, then straight down and hit gold, went into a ravine then dug into another straight line and hit gold, and I had been watching you before that and your digging pattern was very weird, I asked you several times in /msg and in global chat and you didn't respond, I had to jail you just to get your attention. You logged off several times while I was trying to speak with you. I just wanted a simple Yes or No but you kept avoiding the question telling to "Prove it". If other staff think You were playing legit and have a problem with the ban Id be happy to remove it, But from my eyes it was very sketchy and looked like Xray.
