Village Theft

Accused of: Stealing a village of which I was a member, having the old region removed and a new one created where he was the owner. I was a member of the original village and was never questioned about it.

Time occurred: Sometime this year
Location: The new Region ID is pumpkinville

Brief summary of what happened:
I have just discovered that hobbes has claimed a village of which I was previously apart. I was member of the original village and was never alerted or questioned. Apparently the old region has been removed and a new one placed around the village. He has broken the locks taken the contents of the chests.

I would like the village and items back to pre-hobbes takeover.

The most likely scenario is you were offline for 2 months. Or the owner removed you from membership at some point.

Hi, I remember this town. I deleted the region because every owner and member was inactive. You were not an owner of this town, or a member, or it would not have been deleted. Hobbes must have came across the town and reclaimed it. You might have been a member at some point, but my guess is the owners removed you before going inactive.

FYI: I deleted the region because it appeared to be only farms and it shouldn't have been protected in the first place.

Unless i'm thinking of a different town, lol. Don't think so though.

I did not 'steal' the village from you weso. Octo removed it because it did not meet the village protection standards. And when I got to the place, I looked around and saw who built this place. Yes, I did see you and a few other people with locks but there was no change in the area with logblock.
The big thing here is that I did the /seen command on everyone. Everyone was INACTIVE including you. I started working on it even while you were inactive. It wasn't until everything was unlocked and the village was made that you became active again. Unless there is some special exemption there is in the rules for you, I did not break VC rules.
